Registration for our 2025 seasonal events
Hello. Here are some things you should know:
- Apply and pay first, we will get back to you within two weeks of your application
- Solano Avenue will NOT be closed to traffic for our seasonal events
- Events will be held on [vastly] private property; the SAA will use some public right-of-way / sidewalk
- Seasonal events are rain or shine
We can accommodate about 25 visiting vendors and 5-10 performers MAX
- Entertainers applications
- on-Solano Avenue businesses visit here
We can accommodate about 20 visiting vendors and 12 performers MAX
We do not provide hardware of any kind (canopies, tables, etc.)
Participation is $125 per event. You may register for as many events as you like. Select “Sponsorship Only” if you are not planning to participate as a vendor at any events. You will be refunded if you are not accepted.
2025 events:
- SPRING 4/20 Sunday
- SUMMER 6/14 Saturday NIGHT!
- WINTER 12/7 Sunday
